Nowadays colored Easter eggs have become more a wonderful souvenir. But let’s not forget how much importance is attached to them in different cultures. In some eastern countries there’s a believe that a period existed when everywhere chaos ruled and it was in a huge egg that consisted all forms of life. Fire warmed its shell thus giving the egg the warmth of creation. Thanks to this holy fire a mythological creature called Panu was born. Everything weightless turned into Heaven, everything solid – into Earth. Panu connected the Earth and Heaven, created wind, space, clouds, thunder and lightning. To warm the Earth Panu gave her the Sun, and to remind about cold – the Moon. Thanks to Panu the Sun warmed the Earth, the Moon began shining, planets and stars were born. This cute handmade wooden Easter egg could successfully compete Nature in beauty.
